"Fate has brought you here, John Carter!" Disney has finally debuted the first official teaser trailer in HD on Apple for Andrew Stanton's upcoming sci-fi adaptation of John Carter of Mars, now simply known as John Carter, without Mars. Playing John Carter is actor Taylor Kitsch, who is joined by Lynn Collins, Mark Strong, Willem Dafoe, Thomas Haden Church and many others. This plays like more of a western, which goes along with what Stanton has been saying about making this as a historical epic, but it's a great first tease and I'm intrigued. I love the music and I think this is a great first introduction, but that's just me. ...
